During our initial consultation-absolutely free of charge to the client-we will help you set realistic and achievable goals. We will then use only challenging and superior fitness training strategies to help you in your journey to a better, healthier you. 

Our training programs include:

  • one to one fitness training (group fitness training also available)
  • demonstration of correct and safe application of exercise implementation and execution
  • motivational support with the implementation and execution of your individual fitness program
  • periodized and structured fitness training programs with fitness training logs and journals
  • periodized and structured fitness training programs that are specific to the individuals needs and goals which ensure continual progress and the attainment of your personal goals
  • periodized and structured aerobic and anaerobic fitness training programs for improved performance and fat-loss that ensure continual progress and the attainment of your personal goals
  • a unique interval fitness training method that provides the greatest amount of fat loss!
  • tangible and scientific methods of determining fat loss or muscle gain
  • individual fitness programs can be devised for your own gym or facility (price varies and is dependent on the length of the program)
  • RESULTS! Measured and progressive using only tangible and reliable fitness training methods

Our nutrition programs include:

  • a program that is individual and based on your own daily metabolic needs programs for building lean muscle tissue
  • meal planning for home, work or on the road
  • the essential role of nutrient timing
  • proper ratios of macronutrients based on your individual needs 
  • Edema (water) regulation via various scientific approaches and methodology
  • how to incorporate real and nutritious foods in a way that will be palatable (tasty) and more readily usable
  • protocol and proper use of supplements

We work out of Executive Lifestyles Training Studio in Vancouver at 555 West 8th (8th and Cambie).

Craig and Annemarie offer a prepayment system in which the price you pay will vary depending on the fitness training program and the number of sessions that you are committed to on a weekly basis. We understand that you are paying for results; as such, the length of your commitment will be based on simply that: RESULTS.
