Below is a sample of client personal fitness training results.  These results were all measured scientifically and independently at the Vancouver-based, University of British Columbia John M. Buchanan Laboratory (external link).  The initial personal fitness testing results are listed on the left side of the PDF file and the final personal fitness testing results are listed on the right side.

  • Jeneh Walker


    ""The DEXA scan for Jeneh Walker speaks volumes. She dropped 3.3% body fat as a result of losing 4.2 pounds of unwanted fat and gaining 5.6 lbs of lean muscle. All of this in just a short 2 months! In all, there was an overall loss of body fat resulting in a leaner body. This coupled with the most dramatic results in her lower body which created shapelier legs for Jeneh." 


  • Paul Kearns


    "As you can see from these DEXA scan results Paul was able to completely morph his body with a 5.2% drop in over all body fat. He accomplished this by gaining 4 pounds of lean muscle and losing almost 12 pounds of unwanted fat! All this in only 5 months!"

    ""As you can see Simon was able to add 6.1 lbs of lean muscle and lose 3.6 lbs of fat in just over two months*! He also dropped from an already impressive 12.7% bodyfat to a leaner 10.5%.     *Simon did not start training with Edu-Fit for about three weeks after the initial scan; as such, these results were derived in a short nine weeks!

    "As you can see from these fitness results, Chris was able to drop from 18.7% body fat to 11.1% in just six months which meant that he lost 7.6% or 14.2 pounds of body fat.  He was also able to add almost 3 pounds of muscle!"


  • Tasso Velonas


    "Tasso started out at 15.7% body fat and in eleven months he was able to drop to a lean 10.3% body fat for a difference of 5.4% body fat lost.  In that time, he dropped a total of 9.9 pounds of fat!  He was also able to increase his lean muscle by an impressive 10.6 pounds!"

    "In just one month Melanie lost 2.9 pounds in which she managed to gain 1.3 pounds of muscle!  She was also able to lose 4.2 pounds of body fat for a total difference of 3.5% body fat lost!"


  • Barrett Demaere


    "In just seven weeks, Barret was able to drop from 17.5% body fat to a lean 12.3% for a difference of 5.2% lost.  In all, he dropped a total of 9 pounds of body fat!  In that same span, he added 3.3 pounds of lean muscle!"


  • Dan Kilpatrick


    "In six weeks, Dan was able to drop from an already lean 13.7% body fat to an incredible 9.5%for a difference of 4.2% and 7.7 pounds of fat lost.  An even more impressive aspect was that Dan was able to add a half pound of lean muscle mass.  All of this was accomplished at the age of 51!"
