Results

Below is a sample of client personal fitness training results.  These results were all measured scientifically and independently at Vancouver based BodyComp Imaging (utilizing DXA technology the most accurate method of tracking body fat) and Buchanan Labs at the Vancouver-based, University of British Columbia John M. Buchanan Laboratory (external link).  The initial personal fitness testing results are listed on the left side of the PDF file and the final personal fitness testing results are listed on the right side.

  • Elena


    "Elena came to us with a goal of overall body fat loss. This was to be accomplished while staving off any precious metabolism boosting muscle loss. She accomplished both goals by losing 21 pounds of fat in just seven months! This also led to an overall drop in body fat of 7.7%! Amazing results Elena! You are a completely different looking lady!"

    "Sergey wanted to drop unwanted body fat and also see if he could increase lean muscle tissue at the same time.
