Results
Below is a sample of client personal fitness training results. These results
were all measured scientifically and independently
at the Vancouver-based, University of British Columbia John
M. Buchanan Laboratory (external
link). The initial personal fitness testing results are listed
on the left side of the PDF file and the final
personal fitness testing results are listed on the right side.
- Jeneh Walker
""The DEXA scan for Jeneh Walker speaks volumes. She dropped 3.3% body fat as a result of losing 4.2 pounds of unwanted fat and gaining 5.6 lbs of lean muscle. All of this in just a short 2 months!
