We have spent the most unbelievable 5.5 months training with you and would like to share some feelings about our experience. We have completely transformed our bodies in a way we never expected, and most importantly we transformed our lifestyle! Every day we are thinking how lucky we are to meet you and to have an opportunity to train with you and learn from you! We have been able to achieve great results and become healthier, stronger and happier! It is almost scary to think we are now 35 and 20 pounds lighter than the day we met you!

I had previously wasted so much time trying to work out on my own. I really had no idea how useless my own efforts were until we started training with you! I was also constantly trying to persuade Sergey into working out as I was very concerned about his health. I even attempted to train him myself! What a disaster.

When I went to get a body scan at BodyComp I guess I was looking for the confirmation of the fact that my regime was working for me and that the weight I had gained was pretty much due to the well developed muscles I had. I had no idea that instead of muscles I developed a lot of unhealthy fat over all this time. I asked Peter to recommend a trainer he knew and fortunately for us he recommended Craig and Annemarie Bymoen!

We could not wait to meet you for the first consultation. And you did not disappoint. We continuously look forward to our training sessions with you. Furthermore, there has not been one single time when we had to make any extra effort to come to the gym! We find our workouts with you are very efficient, very well structured, with absolutely no waste of time! We love the fact that your entire focus during the workout is on us, ensuring that we have proper technique and that we are training in a safe way. Yet, you always find a way to challenge us in a different manner and you always bring something new to the workout and surprise us with all your new tricks! It is also so much fun to be around you!!! We are also very touched and impressed that you always follow up with us to see how we are doing and how the bodies are feeling.

We really appreciate that you have always been patient enough to explain everything properly whether it is something about exercise or nutrition. And you always give us good advice. You taught me to run on a treadmill! I thought it was impossible! Nobody else would have taken the time nor had the patience to make me feel comfortable and step by step make me feel confident enough to start running! We also never thought we could lift the weights we are working with now! I remember I always dreamed of doing at least 1 push up and now I can do 15!

Receiving our meal plans has become another important milestone in our lives! I was always against any kind of dieting, so that's why I loved it when you explained that what we are getting is a meal plan which has become our way of eating. We cannot imagine eating any differently. We love that the meal plan you developed for us is providing us with balanced nutrition during the entire day, ensuring we get enough protein, fiber and essential fats in the right amounts at the right times; likewise, it is realistic and very easy to follow. Food shopping has become so much easier and faster now; we know exactly what we need, how much we need and most importantly why we need it.

Using supplements is yet another discovery we've made thanks to you! I was trying to take vitamins and never felt any difference. Overall I felt somewhat suspicious about the whole concept of supplements. We highly respect and appreciate the fact that your recommendations are based on your own scientific research and experience and that you never push any products. With your help we are now using the best supplements available and now we know they work!

We are incredibly fortunate to have the chance to train with the both of you! There are truly no words to describe how thankful we are for the change both of you have made in our lives. “I was training at Crossfit and although I was happy with my workouts I realized that I needed to do something about my nutrition. I had been keeping up with my training quite consistently for over one year and figured that I must be making some gains or changes for the better. I was quite shocked when a DEXA scan showed that I had actually gained fat and lost muscle even while I was training hard. Some of the trainers and clients around me at Crossfit quickly ascertained that I needed to do something about my nutrition. Our family has benefited in several ways in the short 5 months that we have had Annemarie as our personal fitness trainer.

My 15 year old daughter, 12 year old son and I currently train with Annemarie once per week. Prior to starting she guided us in establishing individual and realistic goals, and conducted body measurements so we could assess our performance over time.

Both our personal fitness and nutrition goals were set beginning with, learning proper form and technique when using the cardio and weight machines, to guiding and providing important nutritional information. Together, Craig and Annemarie created a family meal plan. Yes, that is correct. A meal plan for 5 people is not an easy task. The entire family is on a meal plan with each member receiving a portion guideline. The recipes are tasty and easy to follow created by Annemarie herself.

Annemarie creates fantastic dynamic work outs that are tailored to each persons needs. She is extremely motivating, sharp and pays attention to you at all times. Just being around her cheerful demeanor is motivating and intoxicating. We are always laughing and having fun.

The fitness workouts are well paced while continually providing personal fitness and psychological tips throughout your session. Our progress is documented weekly.

Craig is a qualified personal fitness professional who can deliver results. He doesn't just talk the talk he also walks the walk. He has an in-depth knowledge of exercise theory and technique. I like the fact that as a personal trainer he possesses a University Degree in Human Kinetics and not just some fly by night three weekend personal fitness trainer course. His methods are backed up by current scientific research and not anecdotes. His knowledge of sports science is furthered by his ability to tie in sound nutritional advice to his clients programs. Craig helps me stay focused on my goals. He possesses excellent people skills and communicates effectively. He is very good with explaining why he has structured my diet or workout in a certain way. Training with Craig and Annemarie has always provided me with a great and challenging workout. I love the fact that the programs are specifically designed to meet your needs and are not, "cookie cutter" workouts. I feel that they truly have a gift in that they know exactly when and how hard to push you. At times, I feel like they know my own body better than I do. They make me feel safe at all times when performing my exercises and definitely provide a fun atmosphere in which to train in. They are always up-beat and great to talk to during your "timed" recovery periods. Craig is a fantastic personal fitness trainer who has helped me to find the inner-strength to push myself and go the extra mile in my many training endeavors. His knowledge, attention to detail and desire to see me attain my goals is what makes Craig unique. I like that Craig doesn't push fads or trends on his clients. Instead, he looks at your needs and designs workouts that best suit your body and your goals. When I first came to Craig I wanted to be in the best shape of my life. While the physical rewards have been great and I have attained this goal, I've also learned that exercise is more than a goal based on vanity. Craig taught me to make exercise and proper nutrition an integral part of my everyday life. Something I can commit to for the long term. Craig listens carefully to the challenges that I am facing with motivation, injuries or willpower and together we find the solution that will work for me on an on going basis. Craig is very thorough and methodical in his approach to fitness training. He is very good at addressing every client's individual needs. It is also quite obvious to the client that Craig brings current fitness training knowledge to each session. Craig is highly professional and has helped me reach my goals my pushing me physically while also making sure to minimize any potential for injury. My legs-something that I was quite self conscious about before I met Craig-have gone from toothpicks to chopsticks and are still growing! My body fat has decreased by 6% and my overall confidence has increased. I definitely have a better physique. Craig truly cares and wants his clients to be the best that they can be. Outside of the physical, he has helped me mentally and I often tell him that he should pursue counseling as a second profession. Craig gives a lot of him self and makes his clients feel special. Craig is very focused on his client paying close attention at all times. He customizes the training to meet the client's requirements, objectives and ability/fitness level. He plans each workout session carefully. Craig is very knowledgeable and this becomes very evident to the client immediately during the workout. It is also evident that he is researching new training methods, exercises and nutritional issues, trends, etc. Craig has helped me increase my strength and form and has helped me with weight control issues by way of monitoring my exercise and nutrition. I was able to lose 6% body fat with Craig in 6 just weeks! Craig is very professional and he genuinely cares about his client's goals and their progress. Craig is very thorough and very professional. He is exceptionally knowledgeable when it comes to fitness training and nutrition. I was 50 years old when I met Craig and within 6 weeks he had me in the best shape of my life!
